Resolved Question: Baking Soda or NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide) As a Gas Saver? (Answers: 3) (Comments: 0)
May 11, 2012 - Hello all: I heard that electrolyzing Water with Baking Soda in it will give you a boost in Gas Mileage. Then I heard using NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide) works better and will not corrode the engine like Baking Soda eventually will. Do either one of these actually work? If so, how do they work? Also, where can I get schematics on how to build one of these things; the model I saw being used was basically a mason jar with Water and some amount of Baking Soda in it. Any help will be greatly appreciated....
