Hho Torch Design

May 16, 2012 - I've been researching on the internet about HHO Generators. I'm planning to build one, but want to make one with at least a bit of power, yet efficient (like everyone else...). So I've decided on the dry cell because of the closeness of the plates, which should allow for efficiency. My purpose is to build a torch.
